Sales & Marketing Executive (MICE, Banquet Services, Branding)

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow Kopitagram's business through MICE events, branding placement, and banquet services.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate, EO and agency clients, and creating customized solutions that fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Identify and approach potential clients for MICE bookings, branding placement, and banquet services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing and operations team
  • Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to event execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Report sales performance and pipeline updates to management regularly.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or event industry.
  • ⁠Proven track record in handling corporate clients, MICE sales, event or banquet services.
  • ⁠Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • ⁠Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of brand collaboration, sponsorship, or marketing placement concepts is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site and occasionally during weekends or events.
