Urbanica mencari Content Creator (Charge In-Store) yang bertugas membuat konten langsung di lokasi outlet (spa, bar, lounge, KTV) dan menghadirkan storytelling visual yang menarik, elegan, dan sesuai brand premium.

Peran ini fokus pada konten lifestyle, hospitality, behind-the-scene, talent activation, ambience video, serta konten engaging harian untuk platform digital Urbanica.

• Membuat konten foto & video langsung di outlet Urbanica (in-store content production)
• Menghasilkan konten harian (IG/TikTok/Reels/Shorts) sesuai campaign
• Melakukan shooting talent, ambience, event, promo, & lifestyle brand scene
• Menyusun konsep konten UGC, soft-selling, dan storytelling brand hospitality premium
• Edit video pendek (fast-cut, trending audio, cinematic shoot, aesthetic tone)
• Mengelola jadwal pengambilan gambar dengan tim marketing & operasional outlet
• Menghadirkan konten fresh & kreatif sesuai trend (beauty, lifestyle, nightlife)
• Menjaga brand image, tone, dan komunikasi visual Urbanica

• Minimal 1–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Content Creator / Videographer
• Mahir mengambil & mengedit konten mobile (Reels/TikTok style)
• Terbiasa on-site content shooting di outlet (aktif & mobile)
• Memiliki style editing aesthetic, elegant, & high-end lifestyle
• Paham trend TikTok & Instagram (beauty, hospitality, lifestyle)
• Basic photography & videography
• Good communication skills, confident, creative, proactive
• Bersedia bekerja shift dan mobile ke outlet Urbanica sesuai jadwal konten
