What you'll be doing

  • Expand new customers/dealers, build good relationships with dealers and team
  • Enhance the store image, improve the image of the Company's multiple products
  • Responsible for monthly Sell-through and Sell-out targets
  • Responsible for gift allocation
  • Oversee promoter performance with trainer to ensure smooth operations
  • Update job assessment monthly based on regional and country strategies

What we're looking for

  • Good communication and negotiation skills, target result-oriented
  • Experience in the related field with retail gadget sales, minimum 1-2 years, competitor company preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong market and data analysis skills
  • Familiar with office software
  • Team leading experience
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
