Job Description
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for HR system projects.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex HR system issues.
  • Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new HR system features.
  • Create detailed user guides and provide training for system users.
  • Innovate and introduce new technology to enhance HR processes.
  • Build and standardize HR reporting tools to meet business needs.
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements through system enhancements.
  • Oversee updates to HR policies within the system and address inquiries.
  • HR Reporting and analytic tools.
  • Ensure accurate updates to organizational structures and employee details in the system.
  • Manage and optimize HR workflows for processes like employee onboarding, performance management, and leave tracking.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
  • Maximum 4 years of working experience as HR Application Developer
  • Good communication skills
