- Diagnose and resolve complex HR system issues.
- Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new HR system features.
- Create detailed user guides and provide training for system users.
- Innovate and introduce new technology to enhance HR processes.
- Build and standardize HR reporting tools to meet business needs.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements through system enhancements.
- Oversee updates to HR policies within the system and address inquiries.
- HR Reporting and analytic tools.
- Ensure accurate updates to organizational structures and employee details in the system.
- Manage and optimize HR workflows for processes like employee onboarding, performance management, and leave tracking.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Maximum 4 years of working experience as HR Application Developer
- Good communication skills
