We are seeking a Solution Architect – Modern Work to join our team. The architect will be responsible for designing and driving the implementation of enterprise-scale Modern Work solutions based on Microsoft 365 and related technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms, along with the ability to align technology adoption with business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of Microsoft Modern Work solutions, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Viva suite.
  • Assess client business processes and collaboration needs to develop tailored digital workplace strategies.
  • Define solution architectures that enhance productivity, communication, and employee experience across hybrid or remote environments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft 365 workloads, governance, compliance, and adoption frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with security, identity, and infrastructure components.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions to demonstrate solution capabilities and business value.
  • Develop adoption roadmaps and change management strategies to drive user engagement and operational excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on Modern Work best practices, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Prepare detailed architecture documentation, deployment guides, and executive-level reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 or Modern Work solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Viva.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in enterprise-scale or digital transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of collaboration, communication, information architecture, and governance models.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-700, or MS-720 are highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
