We are looking for a
People Development Analyst
who will play a key role in supporting employee development and capability-building programs. This position focuses on training coordination, performance data analysis, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure impactful and effective development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, HR development, or HR data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail skills
Job Description:
