We are looking for a
People Development Analyst
who will play a key role in supporting employee development and capability-building programs. This position focuses on training coordination, performance data analysis, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure impactful and effective development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, HR development, or HR data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail skills

Job Description:

  • Support the implementation of training and development programs.
  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to enhance capability initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and logistics for training activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to people development programs.
