What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage all construction execution activities for retail projects — from planning, material procurement, to handover.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of project data and planning documents.
- Prepare detailed RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) and project schedules, including procurement and payment timelines.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams (procurement, finance, planning), clients, suppliers, contractors, and fit-out mall representatives.
- Supervise daily site operations, give briefings to field workers, and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct quality control on materials and construction work to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and project documentation (shop drawings, as-built drawings, material recaps).
- Support procurement activities and perform material checking at site.
- Perform commissioning tests and coordinate project handover to clients upon completion.
- Evaluate completed projects and prepare materials for closing proposals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project implementation or construction supervision, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction process, cost estimation (RAB), and project scheduling.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Render, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to join immediately.
