- Oversee all financial management functions of the company, including accounting, cost control, budgeting, fund management, tax planning, financial analysis, and internal control.
- Establish and improve financial systems and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance, while enhancing financial efficiency and digital management.
- Cost and expense control: organize product cost accounting, monitor material consumption, labor, and manufacturing expenses, and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Fund management: plan and manage company funds, financing arrangements, and cash flow to optimize capital structure and utilization efficiency.
- Tax management: handle tax planning and filing, coordinate with auditors and tax authorities, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Budgeting and performance analysis: organize annual budget preparation, monitor implementation, analyze variances, and provide improvement recommendations to management.
- Internal control and risk prevention: establish and maintain internal control systems, prevent financial risks, and supervise contract execution and payment processes.
- Team leadership and cross-department coordination: lead the finance team, and collaborate closely with production, procurement, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure data accuracy and business-finance alignment.
