Job Description :
1. Plan manpower needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
3. Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
4. Design and execute career management and succession planning for employees.
5. Manage an effective performance management system to enhance employee productivity.
6. Handle employee relations, industrial relations, and public relations to maintain a positive work environment and company image.

Requirement :
● Min Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRD Supervisor.
● Strong understanding of Human Resources concepts, including Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations.
● Well-versed in Labor Law, Omnibus Law, and BPJS regulations.
● Demonstrated leadership skills in controlling, evaluating, organizing, and developing subordinates.
