What you'll be doing
- Develop, design, and implement training programs and employee competency development initiatives
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with each department to identify competency gaps
- Prepare training materials, learning modules, and development curriculum
- Lead end-to-end training execution, including scheduling, coordinating trainers and participants, and monitoring training activities
- Serve as an internal facilitator or trainer for selected programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness using measurable methods (such as the Kirkpatrick Model)
- Manage training databases, certifications, attendance records, and evaluation reports in an organized and structured manner
- Coordinate with external training vendors when required
- Research L&D trends, learning methodologies, and digital tools to enhance training quality and learning experience
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR training roles
- Strong understanding of TNA processes, training curriculum design, and learning module development
- Excellent analytical skills for conducting training evaluations and preparing comprehensive reports
- Communicative, confident, and highly skilled in presentation/public speaking
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS or e-learning platforms is an added advantage
