About the Role:

DACHIN is looking for a skilled and strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business goals and support performance-driven growth across teams. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to lead performance management processes, enhance employee development, and ensure strong organizational alignment. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, people-centric communication, and HR operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources,or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in performance management or a related function.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of KPI design, performance evaluation frameworks, and employee development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational goals.
  • Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to management.
  • Support and coordinate succession planning, career development, and talent readiness initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead and support the full performance management cycle, including:

  • Facilitating KPI setting and performance evaluation criteria with department heads.

  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the performance management system.
  • Coordinating performance reviews and ensuring timely execution across departments.
  • Analyzing employee performance data, identifying trends, and preparing improvement reports.
  • Collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop follow-up action plans based on review outcomes.
  • Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and performance culture.
