Job Descriptions
1. Supporting end to end Recruitment Process
- Creating and posting job vacancies on multiple platforms
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Scheduling interviews both HR and users, and coordinating with candidates and users
2. Assisting HR administrative activities
- Preparing and filing HR documents (both digital or paper based)
- Helping manage the company HR database (Outsource database/Intern database, etc)
- Compiling database every month
- Support recruitment supervisor tasks.
Qualifications
- Final Years Student or Active Students who needs internship program (SKS Convertions) from Psychological Studies - is a must
- Strong Interest in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment Process
- Strong in analythical thinking, communications and attention to detail
- Good in managing files/data both digital or paperbased
- Can work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with job portals (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.).
- Able to work on-site from south Jakarta (Monday - Friday).
- Available for a minimum
internship period of 6 months.
