Job Location: PIK2, Jakarta, Indonesia

Age Requirement: 22–28 years old
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Education: Related Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are welcomed)
Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (able to use as a working language); basic written English is an advantage.
Other Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); candidates with a valid driver's license are preferred.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–5:30 PM.
Main Responsibilities
I. Administrative and Logistical Support
- Assist the administrative supervisor with daily management and logistical support tasks.
- Handle basic office operations such as purchasing supplies, managing documents, mail, stamps, and printing materials.
- Assist in managing company dormitories, vehicles, and office equipment.
- Help organize meetings, guest receptions, and business travel arrangements.
II. External Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the company and local Indonesian government departments, property management, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle external communication, phone calls, email correspondence, and document filing.
- Translate Chinese documents or oral communications to ensure clear understanding between Chinese and Indonesian parties.
