We're currently looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Specialist for our Head Office in Surabaya. We seek a UI/UX Specialist with a strong focus on user-centered design and expertise in creating seamless digital experiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT team to gather and understand user needs.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring smooth user experience and visually appealing designs.
- Conduct user research, testing, and competitor analysis to inform design.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Implement designs and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a strong focus on user-centered design.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, especially when working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the Crypto Industry.
