Job Summary

The primary role is to be accountable and to drive trade marketing initiatives, sales data analysis, and coordinate supply forecasting to support achievement of sales revenue target, channel profitability and commercial KPI's.

Key Responsibilities

CHANNEL & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

  • Support and implement the right category and channel development strategy for each trade channels to achieve country sales revenue & profitability target.
  • Support demand forecasting and supply planning to achieve sales revenue target and stock level based on agreed DOI (Days of Inventory) both with importer and distributor.
  • Execute solutions for customer management in achieving country objectives.
  • Championing and role modelling Tohtonku's Values.

STRATEGY AND BUDGETING

  • Create both trade promo and consumer promo monthly calendar, aligned with brand ATL & BTL campaigns and customers activity schedules.
  • Allocate and adjust the right trade budget for each channel and area to achieve sales revenue target.
  • Track, monitor and evaluate trade spending budget effectiveness by measuring Return On Investment (ROI) of each activities.

SALES PERFORMANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

  • Create daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and stock reports.
  • Analyze sales performance for the purpose of understanding sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Ensure monthly PO from every distributor and monitor the delivery to each distributors' branches.
  • Weekly monitor on stock level by SKU by distributor branches and service level to customers.

COLLABORATION

  • Collaborate with Customer Development Manager in the execution of product sales/launch strategy and merchandising rules to support and achieve product sales objective.
  • Collaborate with field sales team to ensure excellent executions of customer business plan and all trade marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with distributor team on monitoring stock level by distributor branch.
  • Works closely with other functions in processing relevant data and information, translating it into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets.
  • With senior management, the development of plans, strategies, structure, budget, vision, and establishment of goals in the appointed area.

RELATIONSHIP / OPPORTUNITY

  • Manage and develop key relationship with key accounts, key traditional store
  • Conducts regular market visits and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to keep the business in the appointed area ahead.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Trade Marketing Executive also performs other duties as deemed necessary for the execution of his duties as assigned by the senior management.

Skills Required

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales and trade marketing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability build relationships at all levels.
  • Extensive knowledge of personal care & skin care, industry regulations, and the ability to analyse data to derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen.
  • Good at English language.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Teamwork spirit, collaborative in nature, organized, detail oriented and pleasant personality.
