Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for her/his respective Store for achieving company's sales number.
Area Manager will be responsible for Sales Target as well as sales budget and analyzing store sales; operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales; monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service. S/he will also be maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvement required by the management.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities.
- At least 3 - 5 years working experiences as Store or Area Manager, preferably from Retail industry.
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company.
- Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Good and proficient Microsoft skills.
