Role OverviewAs the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the yogurt product sales team in either GT or MT sales channels, driving revenue growth, ensuring product quality and freshness throughout distribution, and fostering strong distributor and retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategy for regional yogurt products.
- Manage client and distributor relationships.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.

- Deep knowledge of Indonesia’s FMCG landscape, cold‑chain logistics, and food safety standards.
- Fluency in English; spoken Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and data‑driven skills.

- Willingness to travel within Indonesia for customer and distributor visits.
