Job Description

As an HRBP Intern at Kanmo Group, you will assist the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team in delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives. You'll gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, and performance reviews. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with different departments, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist with HR data analysis and reporting. You will contribute to ensuring that HR processes are efficient and support the company's overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives that support business needs.
  • Support employee engagement and communication programs.
  • Help with talent acquisition processes such as screening and interviews.
  • Assist in handling employee relations and performance management.
  • Conduct HR data collection and analysis to improve HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development sessions.
  • Help maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
  • Interest in developing knowledge in HR practices and employee management.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
