Job responsibilities
- Assist the marketing project manager in driving cross-functional marketing project execution, tracking progress, and providing timely status updates.
- Participate in planning, meeting minutes, and documentation management for marketing campaigns and brand projects.
- Collect, organize, and analyze marketing and project data.
- Assist in organizing online/offline marketing events, media, and partner meetings to ensure smooth execution.
- Support preparation and delivery of presentations, campaign proposals, and project reports to ensure clear and impactful communication.
- Perform other marketing and project-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or other relevant fields.
- Experience in student organizations, brand events, or marketing project planning/execution, or related internships (preferably in smart hardware or internet industries).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, clear logic, and strong execution ability.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills, able to confidently communicate and influence in various settings.
- Proficient in mainstream project and collaboration tools (e.g., Feishu, Notion, Google Workspace, PowerBI, CRM).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
