Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Tangerang. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and administering systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing help desk requests, ensuring smooth IT operations, and resolving technical problems. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving abilities to assist employees with technical issues and maintain systems efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- CCNA Certification is a plus
