Responsibilities:

•Design and execute sales bundling strategies to increase product adoption.

•Drive cross-pollination initiatives (cross-sell & upsell) across business units.

•Monitor and track performance against customer acquisition and retention targets.

•Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.

•Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.

•Ensure sales processes and tools are effective to support customer growth.

Qualifications:

•3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or related roles.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Experience in managing sales performance and customer growth targets.

•Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
