  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and expand market presence.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligned with company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to management.

  • Oversee customer handling, ensuring satisfaction and resolving escalated issues.

  • Coordinate with other departments/factories to ensure seamless operations.

  • Review and report on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Represent the company in major negotiations, exhibitions, and business trips.

Requirement:

  • Education Min D3 any major

  • Min. 5 years of Sales managerial experience in Foam Products (Consumer Goods) company

  • Actively speaking English min. intermediate level

  • Have SIM A

  • Good communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skill

  • Have excellent networking
