Responsibilities:

Translate written documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
Act as an interpreter during meetings or verbal communications between the Indonesian and Chinese teams.
Prepare accurate notes or reports from translation activities.
Support cross-departmental communication, particularly in operations, logistics, and e-commerce.
Ensure context, accuracy, and meaning are maintained in every translation.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mandarin Language, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
Proficient in active Mandarin (both spoken and written).
HSK Level 5 certification or higher is highly preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a translator or interpreter (experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus).
Willing to work full on-site in South Tangerang.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Understanding of Chinese work culture is an added advantage.
