Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 8 years of Salesforce Experience
  • Strong command over Bahasa language, able to speak both Bahasa and English
  • Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud features
  • Recommend best practices around design and development
  • Recommend good solution design to customers
  • Hands‑working knowledge of various tools like LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, MuleSoft, or any other Integration tools
  • Rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application
  • Map the project life cycle with the project manager and manage rollout and post‑deliverable strategy
  • Experience in planning estimation delivery model
  • Customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills (soft skills)
  • Good communication, analytical, presentation skills, problem solving skills, and learning attitude
  • Retail Consumer Goods Package/Supply Chain Knowledge will be preferred
  • Knowledge of Aforza product is preferable
