Responsibilities

Develop and manage maintenance plans, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Develop and manage major shutdown projects Generate the maintenance performance report Coordinate work schedules, resources, and tools to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks. Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders based on criticality and urgency. Oversee the engineering store and ensure accurate tracking of spare parts and consumables. Ensure all maintenance plans and engineering store operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain proper reporting and documentation for inventory, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (low voltage). Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning and store management. Maintenance management system, Project management system and asset management system Proficiency in M/S Office. Ability to plan major shutdown project. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment. Data analysis and report writing skills. Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance. Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously. TPM, ISO 14001, ISO 9001. Proficiency in CMMS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools. Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and inventory optimization techniques. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
