As an HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia's labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in handling employee relations and conflict management.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies effectively.
