PT Fohoway International Indonesia an international company engaged in the Health sector through Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is seeking a Receptionist Customer Service to join our team in our central Jakarta office. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.
Qualifications
Education:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Preferably have experience in the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) industry, or banking and Digital services.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, Good Looking
• Patient, thorough, empathetic, and able to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Result-oriented and customer satisfaction.
• Able to make work process improvements based on data and customer analysis
What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression of the company
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
- A friendly, patient, and adaptable personality with a commitment to providing top-notch customer service
