Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in any major from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in related, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within the footwear and apparel retail industry.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management, product positioning, and market development for footwear products.
- Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape in the shoes & apparel industry.
- Skilled in conducting market research and trend analysis to identify consumer preferences, emerging market opportunities, and competitive movements.
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with strong sales-oriented mindset to drive brand growth and sales performance.
- Experience in managing product launches, trade marketing activities, and promotional programs in collaboration with sales and merchandising teams.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel as required for business purposes.
