Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic business development in the financial services sector
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities that align client needs with our consulting capabilities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Act as the primary contact for new business opportunities in Indonesia.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and strategic reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and project success across local engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation point for high-priority client matters.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on client needs and market trends.
  • Scale a local business development team.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development in the financial services sector (especially with major banks or insurance firms in Indonesia)
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers
  • Strong knowledge of banking domains (Retail, SME, or Private Banking preferred)
  • Experience in presales, RFPs, contract negotiation, and deal closure
  • Previous consulting experience is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
