As a Senior UI/UX Designer , you will play a key role in designing and optimizing Geniebook’s digital experiences, ensuring that our products are engaging, user‑friendly, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketers, and curriculum designers, to enhance the user experience for students, parents, and educators.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for Geniebook’s web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and refine design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Maintain and enhance the design system and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Advocate for user‑centric design principles, ensuring accessibility and usability best practices are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and competitive analysis to continuously elevate the product experience.
- Work with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs, providing strategic design recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in web and mobile application design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UI/UX design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma, XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other industry‑standard design tools.
- Experience with design systems and ability to maintain and evolve a structured UI component library.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front‑end development constraints (coding knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
- Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing to optimize user experiences.
- Ability to work in an agile environment with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present design rationale and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
- Experience in EdTech or education‑related platforms is a plus but not required.
- Strong English communication skills are required, and please submit your CV in English.
