Jewellery Representative – Surabaya

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative to join our growing team in the Surabaya area. As a Jewellery Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our prestigious jewellery brands, including Mondial, Frank & Co, and The Palace, to high‑end customers across the region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Showcase our jewellery collections and provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing sales.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate new leads.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum education: Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Proven experience min. 1 year as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high‑end fashion products.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A positive, customer‑centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekday).
Sales Manager – Phoenix Contact (East Indonesia)

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in both new and existing customers through effective selling strategies at all levels to ensure a long‑term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage existing customers and develop new customers in East Indonesia area.
  • Lead the sales team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of staff team on their contribution in attaining objectives.
  • Provide flexible support for team members and other teams and foster a positive and a motivating environment.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business or work process priorities.
  • Facilitate and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from customers.
  • Provide pre‑sales technical assistance and after‑sales support to customers.
  • Regular customer meeting to understand customer’s business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Report regularly on sales revenue and project status/activity as required by the management team.
  • Consistently provide feedback to Product Marketing/Industry Management teams regarding competition, product and/or market needs.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with customers for the Management, Product Marketing, and Industry Management as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities as needed.
  • Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
  • Deliver presentations and hands‑on demonstrations of Phoenix Contact products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 7 year of sales experience in industrial electrical/electronic products of which 3 years is in a managerial role.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to write analytical reports based on current business trends and data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with current business trend and ability to strategize accordingly.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and able to perform under pressure.

Lubricant & Heavy Equipment Sales Lead

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (B2B) in lubricant / metalworking / heavy equipment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability.
  • Able to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our distributor, customers, addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Good understanding of the lubricant market and competition in Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage).
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willing to travel domestically or regionally as needed.
Business Development Lead (Export‑Import & Heavy Equipment)

Responsibilities:

  • Market the company's services and drive deals to closing.
  • Identify new markets and industry trends to discover potential business opportunities.
  • Develop effective business strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and present business development plans.
  • Set and evaluate sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development, especially in export‑import, logistics, transportation, project industry, heavy equipment, and mining.
  • Strong communication skills (proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Solid knowledge of Export‑Import, Logistics, Bonded Zone, and Customs.
  • Established network and strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in negotiation.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI Technology.
