Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in ceramics or materials is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ceramic materials, forming, drying, firing, and glazing processes.
- Creative, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to conduct laboratory experiments and support pilot/production trials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on ceramic materials (clay, glaze, pigments, etc.) for new product development.
- Develop formulations, designs, and production techniques for ceramic tableware aligned with market trends.
- Create prototypes, perform trials, and analyze test results.
- Evaluate product quality and propose solutions for production-related issues.
- Collaborate with production, QC, and design teams to implement R\&D findings.
- Prepare research reports and provide recommendations for product/process improvements.
