Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in ceramics or materials is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of ceramic materials, forming, drying, firing, and glazing processes.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willing to conduct laboratory experiments and support pilot/production trials.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on ceramic materials (clay, glaze, pigments, etc.) for new product development.
  • Develop formulations, designs, and production techniques for ceramic tableware aligned with market trends.
  • Create prototypes, perform trials, and analyze test results.
  • Evaluate product quality and propose solutions for production-related issues.
  • Collaborate with production, QC, and design teams to implement R\&D findings.
  • Prepare research reports and provide recommendations for product/process improvements.
