  • Provide day-to-day HR support and consultation to managers and employees, including performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
  • Manage and support talent management activities such as onboarding, probation reviews, and exit processes.
  • Support HR reporting, data management, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year of working experience as HR in the related field is required for this position.
  • Industrial relation background is preferred.
  • Deep understanding in industrial relations, labor law, tax law and HR is a must.
  • Good communication, but also a detail person.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
  • Willing to commit to a 4-month full-time contract as a maternity leave replacement.
