Through accessible, localized learning and digital inclusion, bina aims to uplift Indonesia's informal economy. ## Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager will oversee identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. This full-time role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and expand market reach. The position is on-site, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. ## Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, sales strategy, and market analysis
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, networking, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the EdTech or related industry is preferred
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
