Job descriptions:
- Design and develop a high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children, from baby to kids.
- Ensure the curriculum is implemented consistently across all locations and followed as planned (quality control)
- Train coaches on the curriculum and lesson plans to ensure effective delivery.
- Gather feedback from coaches and parents to assess the effectiveness of our dance curriculum.
- Coordinate with the operational team for procurement needs
- Continuously improve the curriculum based on data, feedback, and best practices.
- Work closely with the curriculum manager, coaches, and operational team to ensure alignment with overall goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Education, Physical Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching babies and young children.
- Experience in designing and developing curricula, particularly for early childhood programs, is a plus.
- Background, training, or experience in early childhood education is an advantage.
- Open to new experiences and interested in coaching and teacher development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to new educational trends and methodologies.
