Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at our Pancoran Mas location. The Account Manager will handle day-to-day client management, build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with different departments to deliver comprehensive solutions, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Client Management, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
- Project Management and Timeline Coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with the construction or building materials industry is a plus
