Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager. (A1 INDIAN GROCERS-USA) The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role also involves leading a team, fostering a positive work environment, and driving the institute's objectives towards academic excellence and operational efficiency. Additionally, the General Manager will liaise with stakeholders, including faculty, students, and external partners, to enhance the institution's reputation and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic planning and operational management
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Financial management and budget oversight capabilities
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in education
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant degree in Business Management, Administration, Education, or related field
- Experience in the educational sector, preferably in a managerial role
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
