About the Role
We are expanding our growth in the IT Solutions and Professional Services business and are seeking high-performing Key Account Sales Managers to develop and grow strategic accounts in the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional with an existing customer network, solution-selling skills, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and grow key customer relationships within assigned industry (FSI or Telco).
- Develop and execute account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Promote and position the company's IT professional services and solutions portfolio, including: Application & Software Services, Data, AI & Analytics Solutions, Security & Smart Systems Solutions, and IT Infrastructure Services
- Lead customer engagements, from opportunity identification to deal closure, working closely with presales, delivery, and partner teams.
- Understand customers' business drivers, challenges, and transformation priorities to position relevant solutions and services.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account intelligence in CRM tools.
- Represent the company in key industry events and executive networking forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise or key account sales within the IT, software, or technology professional services industry.
- Proven success in selling to C-level (CIO/COO) executives and IT Group Leaders in the assigned industry
- Strong existing network and proven relationships within at least one: FSI (Bank or financial regulators) or Telco (mobile operators, tower & infrastructure).
- Solid understanding of solution-selling and consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- High cognitive ability to understand complex technology solutions and link them to business value.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
