Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows and common office applications.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
