Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows and common office applications.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to provide on-site and contract by project
