Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee general affairs functions, including office administration, facilities management, and company assets.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, utilities, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate expatriate services, including housing, transportation, and legal documentation.
  • Supervise security, housekeeping, and office maintenance teams.
  • Handle government and legal permits related to company operations.
  • Support business operations through efficient administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Willing to be placed overseas (in Nigeria).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Administration.
  • Experience working in an expatriate environment or overseas placement is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and government regulations in Nigeria is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
  • High adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
