Job Responsibilities
- Oversee general affairs functions, including office administration, facilities management, and company assets.
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, utilities, and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate expatriate services, including housing, transportation, and legal documentation.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, and office maintenance teams.
- Handle government and legal permits related to company operations.
- Support business operations through efficient administrative processes.
- Willing to be placed overseas (in Nigeria).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Administration.
- Experience working in an expatriate environment or overseas placement is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and government regulations in Nigeria is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- High adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
