PT Sinergi Jaya Optima is hiring for the position of Crew Restoran in Pemalang. The role involves ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and delivering quality service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
• Prepare and package menu products in the service area (packing and cashiering).
• Cook and prepare menu items in the kitchen area (cooking and backup).
• Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain cleanliness in each work area.
• Track, organize, and record raw material stock.
• Maintain and care for equipment in each work area.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in shift and rolling schedule.
• Available to work on national holidays.
