Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs related to mobile & web application functionality
- Interview and meeting with users to understand business processes and pain points.
- Translate business requirement into user stories, functional specification document, wireframes and process flow diagrams.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
- Keep abreast of mobile & web technology trends, app design best practices, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with IT regarding system integration with other systems
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are documented and resolved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in IT or digital projects from Insurance / Banking Industry
