Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administration in executing recruitment, training, development, and personnel administration functions.
  • Develop HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's vision and mission.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including selection, onboarding, and employee evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company regulations.
  • Foster good employee relations and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management.

Ideal Candidate Background:

Must Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Working experience in an MNC company (Japanese company preferred).
  • Fluent in English, especially in verbal communication.
  • Stable career background (not a job hopper) and willing to commit long-term.
  • Experience handling Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) and Labor Union (FSPMI) matters.

Advantages:

  • Experience managing HR projects, such as Salary System or Appraisal System implementation.
  • Familiarity with Sunfish HRIS.
  • Fluent in Japanese
