JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for acquiring and maintaining major clients, driving business growth through strategic sales and client acquisition.
- Leverage an existing, well-established network of brands and corporate decision-makers to secure new business opportunities for the agency.
- Build, manage, and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Oversee proposals and campaign plans developed by the planning and strategy teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction through the Account Strategist Manager and Client Relations team, ensuring alignment on client strategies, business priorities, and overall service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, influencer, and creative) to deliver integrated and high-impact digital marketing solutions.
- Represent the agency in strategic meetings, pitches, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and business network.
MINIMIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account leadership within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of bringing in and maintaining enterprise-level clients (FMCG, tech, telco, finance, etc.).
- Possesses a strong, well-established network within the brand and marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — confident in engaging with senior and C-level executives.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience leading through managers or senior team leads.
- Deep understanding of 360 digital marketing especially media placement and influencer marketing.
- Highly strategic, results-driven, and proactive in pursuing business opportunities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
