Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil or structural construction, preferably in building, infrastructure, or hospitality projects.
  • Proven experience in project site supervision, structural design, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
  • Strong understanding of:

  • Structural and architectural drawings

  • Concrete and steel structure design
  • Foundation and drainage systems
  • Quality assurance and quality control procedures
  • Safety and environmental regulations
  • Proficient in:

  • AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar engineering software

  • MS Office, MS Project, or Primavera for project management and reporting
  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
  • Familiar with local building codes (SNI) and international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedules and in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned at project sites across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and analyze design drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors during all project phases.
  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), material take-off, and cost estimation for civil works.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of civil construction tasks.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings from contractors.
  • Ensure all civil and structural works comply with company standards, SNI, and international building codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, or equivalent).
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments related to civil works.
  • Support project handover, commissioning, and documentation closeout processes.
  • Maintain communication with project management and procurement teams regarding material requirements, budget control, and project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (Ir.) certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in hotel/resort construction, industrial facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows is a plus.
  • Familiar with cost control and value engineering concepts.
