Client Details: Local Real Estate Company
Main Responsibilities:
- Airect and oversee the entire project team, including Project Managers, Planners, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and Operations, to ensure all activities meet company objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, covering concept development, design coordination, master planning, construction, and final handover.
- Develop and execute project strategies, feasibility analyses, and development frameworks in collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor and control project budgets, cost management, and procurement to optimize financial performance and support value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure project implementation adheres to technical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and strategic updates to the Director, maintaining effective communication across internal teams and external partners.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 15 years of experience in property development or construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing Real Estatedevelopment projects.
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of project planning, design management, cost control, and construction operations.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Energetic, driven, and able to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
