Role Overview

We're seeking a
Full-Stack Engineer
to take ownership of feature development across both backend and frontend for our internal product suite and client projects. You will primarily work with
Laravel + Inertia + Vue (TypeScript)
and may occasionally contribute to
NodeJS/NestJS
services. You'll also work with
MySQL/Postgres
,
Redis
,
Docker
, and prefer candidates familiar with
AWS or GCP
.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features
  using Laravel + Inertia + Vue (TypeScript).
• Design and implement APIs
  and backend services (primarily Laravel, occasionally NodeJS/NestJS).
• Work with
  MySQL/Postgres
  and Redis for data storage, caching, and job queues.
• Containerize services
  and maintain Docker-based development & deployment flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, high-quality releases.
• Write tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  to ensure stability and automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and improve observability and monitoring.
• Occasionally work on
  short, fast-paced client projects
  with pragmatic solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum
  2 years
  of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with
  Laravel
  ,
  Inertia
  ,
  , and
  TypeScript
  in production.
• Solid SQL skills with
  MySQL
  and/or
  Postgres
  .
• Proficient with
  Docker
  (dev containers, Dockerfile, multi-stage builds).
• Conversational English
  (spoken) — ability to join planning and sync calls.
• Proven GitHub profile or portfolio with real-world projects.
• Strong remote work discipline: documentation, async communication, and accountability.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with
  NodeJS
  and
  NestJS
  (APIs, microservices).
• Experience in
  finance
  ,
  HRIS
  , or
  logistics
  domains.
• Familiarity with
  Go (Golang)
  for backend services.
• Experience with
  Redis
  , message brokers, or background job processing.
• Knowledge of

  GCP
  (deployments, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit/Pest, Jest/Vitest, Playwright/Cypress).
• CI/CD knowledge with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of
  observability basics
  (logs, metrics, SLOs).

What Success Looks Like in the First 3 Months

• Deliver at least one
  end-to-end feature
  (API, DB migration, frontend, tests).
• Improve a CI/CD workflow or Docker setup to enhance developer experience.
• Document a key system area and present a
  knowledge transfer session
  to the team.

Working Model

• Remote — Indonesia only
  (must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia).
• Working Hours:
  Aligned with Australian time zones (exact overlap negotiable).
