Qualifications
- Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to promote Dream Dates products and brand.
- Create engaging content for social media, website, email, and other marketing channels.
- Manage and grow Dream Dates' online presence (Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.).
- Be the face of the brand on TikTok, appear in videos, create fun and authentic content that reflects our brand personality.
- Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.
- Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications (F&B industry preferred).
- Proven experience in running successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Confident on camera, with good appearance and strong communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Jakarta's F&B trends and customer preferences.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
- Passionate about food, branding, and storytelling.
