Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to promote Dream Dates products and brand.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, email, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage and grow Dream Dates' online presence (Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.).
  • Be the face of the brand on TikTok, appear in videos, create fun and authentic content that reflects our brand personality.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications (F&B industry preferred).
  • Proven experience in running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Confident on camera, with good appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Jakarta's F&B trends and customer preferences.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
  • Passionate about food, branding, and storytelling.
