- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or equivalent.
- HCM consultant with minimum 2 years' experience in delivering full-cycle of SAP HCM. Engagement including from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
- Implementation experience and deep knowledge in Payroll Indonesia.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, TM, PY)
- Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM. SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
- Experience in leading and coaching other colleagues.
- Interest in technology and strong desire and ability to master new skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Willingness to travel to client locations (100%).
