Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly update product titles, descriptions, and key attributes to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Enhance product images and videos to boost customer engagement.
- Design and update the storefront layout in line with seasonal promotions and branding strategies.
- Manage banners, promotional assets, and visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing store design to increase user retention and purchase intent.
- Track and analyze SES metrics, implementing strategies to improve SES scores and maintain a high-performance store rating.
- Identify suitable products and nominate them for platform campaigns, flash sales, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure success.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in managing Shopee seller center and daily operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce store operations or online merchandising.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools for product listing optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Better-to-Have Qualifications:
- Basic data analysis skills – familiarity with tracking KPIs and interpreting data trends to create insightful reports.
- Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising – knowledge of e-commerce promotions, campaigns, or merchandising strategies is a plus.
